[SHIP] Fighter Command

Hello all,
This is my first ever mod/ship. I hope you enjoy it!
The ship design uses the Sunset fighter from Gratuitous space battles and I take no credit for the look. I was inspired to create the mod by watching the awesome mod play throughs by VanguardOfValor and TheGingerDragon. It may only be a vanilla ship but if i get enough support, I'll work on finding out how to make and install custom weapons.

Play type:
The ship starts off with 2 Duel Laser, which I feel are pretty underrated weapons seeing as they only use 1 power for 2 lasers. This makes destroying ships in the early sectors pretty easy, so you can get a nice fast start. It also has a automated re-loader to decrease the charge time a bit. The heavy laser pattern, as you would expect, replaces both duel lasers with mk.1 heavies. This gives a little extra challenge as there are less lasers to fire. Also the charge time isn't the best so the auto reloader comes in handy.

I suggest adding a screenshot or two to this post. I don't know many people who would download a ship mod without a screenshot or something similar.
Just a friendly suggestion though, only trying to help c:

Thanks for the feedback! I would have posted a screenshot, and I did try, but I don't know how. If it were possible for you to direct me to somewhere that tells me how or even tell me yourself, that would be of great help. Thanks again

You can upload your image to an image hosting site -- imgur.com is a pretty convenient site -- then get the direct link to the image, and put it between the

That's a sweet looking ship. Not sure if it's OP though it looks it. I'm comparing it to the Red Tail and it looks similar at least to start. Definitely worth taking a spin in, though.

I'd suggest putting a custom shield room texture in there, or making the shield room 2x2. And as usual I suggest to anybody using this ship to also use the "Low O2 Icons" mod so when that room or the long hallway run out of air (you know it's gonna happen eventually) the graphics don't look weird.

EDIT: Oh, and not many around here underestimate the Dualies. :)

Taking into account the advise given, I have tweaked the ship a little.
Dual lasers replaced with 2 heavy lasers mk.1
Shield room has had its interior image edited so it looks less stretched
