Reactor - Power bars
Does anyone know where the cost of reactor upgrades (power bars) would be? I found weapons and ship systems in blueprints.xml but no sign of reactor.

I think they're hard-coded, sorry. Of course I'm not positive but if they are there I've never seen them.
