Hacked slug cruiser mind control has no cooldown
Slug Instigator with Mind Control, I hacked its Mind Control and immediately turn on Hacking when one of my units is controlled. Very long battle, I've got five shots against four shields and have, after about 10 volleys, not managed to land a hit, and I can cloak his Breach Missile. After ca. the 6th Mind Control takes place, immediately after the first unit (a Mantis) is released from Mind Control by my Hacking, another unit gets controlled, this time an Engi. Hacking can't do anything to release this unit, as it's already spent on the Mantis release. Apparently, the level 1 Mind Control has a Heads-on Pre-Igniter mid-battle

That was one protracted battle, but in the end I emerged victorious. The Instigator got 14 or 15 hull, and every umpteenth of my volleys (Flak I and Dual Lasers) got one hull off. The Breach Missile Launcher only stopped shooting when the ship was down to 3 hull, and while I haven't counted the missiles, it was a whole lot of them, I'd say more than 20. Guess I'm a bit glad I got the cloak.
The weird Mind Control bug didn't show up in the battle anymore, so that's that.
