FTL Full Screen Invisible for Screenshot

Well, this is kind of weird. I recently upgraded to Windows 7 (Ultimate, x64) and have Humble Bundle FTL v.1.5.13. I tried to take an FTL screenshot with Screenshot Captor, but it took my desktop instead. It worked fine back in XP. I exited and used the Windows built in screenshot capture, but same thing. If I opened another program, it took that as a screenshot. FTL full screen does not get captured at all; it's completely invisible.
