Hi,
My first boarding.
I boarded a ship and killed the whole crew, all 4 humans. I was hoping for a "mission successful" since I took over the ship but nothing happened.
Since nothing happened, I figured that I can teleport back and blow up the ship. So I teleported back. Now I can not see the interior of the ship and I can not fire on the ship. I AM STUCK!
I might have left a repair drone in there, and there was also a fire.

I was able to warp out, but no reward

That was a bug, or you got a reward and didn't see it. More likely the latter.
In your options screen, do you have "Event Choice Selection" set to "No Delay"? I suggest setting it to "Brief Delay" because it's easy to hit a number to select a weapon right as a message comes up, and then you clear the message.
