[Bug} Hacking Drone Launched Post-Battle

At the beginning of a battle, I targeted Shields with Hacking, then decided not to do it and depowered the system. There was still the target icon on the Shields room, but I left it in case I changed my mind during the battle. (I didn't need Hacking.)

I won, and in preparation for jump, I put a power into Hacking. To my surprise I heard the drone launch sound. I paused the game, too late to see a "-1" for drone parts (I wasn't looking at that part of the screen, but I think I did lose one, having 10 before the battle, and using one for the Defense Drone - but I don't remember if I got any in the reward), but I did catch the drone launch.

There is no longer an enemy ship, so it seems to me that the Hacking drone should not have launched.
