Darus, are you the same person that commented on the Kickstarter about it?
I believe that has to be a false positive. Looking around, it seems like NOD32 has also identified Skyrim, VVVVVV, and Trine 2 as all being infected with crypt.win32... so it's a common problem perhaps. Their heuristics must have found a similar pattern in the code, unluckily, and freaked out. It might go away next time I update, though this is awfully bad timing.
My antivirus software can't find anything Anyone else having troubles?
EDIT: Unless you're wary of it actually being infected, you should be able to add an exception in you AV software to prevent it from killing FTLGame.exe. I don't have any experience with NOD32.
