When is the beta coming?

That said, it's going to come eventually. Why can't we just, y'know, stop asking this question?

It's like sitting there in the car and asking your parents, "Are we there yet?" over and over. Incredibly stressful and annoying.

I never asked if it was coming out tomorrow. It was just a small joke playing off how much people do want the beta and the fact that they were hoping for a May release.

In response to the video, why not just put out the beta of the game "as is"? I'd be more than ok with having a few features missing if it meant I got to play the game. I'd personally prefer to be able to see the game change and evolve as I play it over the course of the beta.

This. Putting the beta out involves extra effort. How much? I don't know, I'm not a dev and don't know steams backend. But still, it's not zero, and I'd rather let them continue working working working rather than work, package, release, work, package, release, work, etc etc...
