Game Stutters

I have added this onto the Community Support pages, but thought I'd mention it here too.
Since the last patch I find the game stutters and slows every 5-7 minutes for around 1 minute. I have run Lord of The Rings Online with no problem for 30 minutes. Anyone know of a fix. Could it be steam attempting to update? etc...
