Crew Debufs

I was thinking today that it would be neat to have some crew debufs. With just a little tweaking things can get really exciting. Obviously these would be open to tweaking and what not but the idea seems fun.
Illness: If one crew member is in the same room as a "sick" crew member it will spread. Crew members work/ move slower and may possibly loos health. Diseases could be brought up from planets, caught from other ships, or from bio weapons.
Bleeding: Weather it be from hand to had combat, enemy weapons fire, or even a random system blowing up. Crew will slowly loose health over time much like if in a fire.
Stun/ Shock: If a room gets hit hard while a crewman is present it would be neat if the crewmen was stunned or in shock from the hit. Another crew member added to the room could "snap them out if it" (think Left4Dead).
