A few various bugs ranging from severe to minor

A few bugs, graphical issues, and user problems with friendly stuff I have noticed. I may be forgetting some stuff, I will report more stuff as I come across it. Congratulations on pushing out an extremely well balanced and stable version of the Advanced Edition this month though!!! Keep up the good work Subset.
  • I have been playing the Advanced Edition for about a week now and I unlocked about 3 type C ships, but today I logged onto the game and lost all of the ships I unlocked. Got the Lanius ship again as if it were my first time playing. I didn't touch my profiles or install any mods. I was using the steam version of the game. Sorry I cant offer any more info than that.
  • If you have station positions saved and one of your crew is in the clone bay you will not be able to put another crew on the station your cloning crew member was previously at. I was fighting off boarders and they killed my door man. I pushed the send crew back to positions button and I could not put another crew member back on doors because the game was expecting my cloning crew member to be at that position.
  • When using the Backup Battery if it runs out after a fight you have to wait the entire cooldown time for it to come back online before jumping. This is a slightly annoying issue since everything else such as Cloaking and Teleportation has no cooldown time after a fight and the Backup Battery has a very long cooldown.
  • A lot of things seem to be offset a little to much to the left and don't line up right with other elements. Including the new flashing red indicators on the beacon map showing which beacons will be taken over and every yes/no "Are you sure." The alignment of a lot of things is slightly off actually.

From everything I've seen, you don't need to wait. The new hacking, mind control, and backup battery systems reset when you jump, even if your ship is in danger. This is something your cloaking and teleporter won't do.
