When the enemy AI hacks your (the player's) teleporter, it uses the hacked teleporter to send your crew back to your ship. It will also send its own crew over to your ship if they're mind controlled, which allows the player to chew up enemy crew one at a time.

This is probably not intended, so I thought I'd post something. I discovered it in an encounter with the Rebel Flagship's first phase.

We enjoy the odd chaos that can erupt from that sort of thing, so it's actually intentional.
