i was playing lanius and when i continued my crew member is like in space or something. vant see him but i can select him from the crew list and tell gim to go to this room or that. this happemned after using a teleport to bring him back to my ship, leaving game and coming back later.

or i just touch the screen outside the ship in a certain area till i find and slect him
