Very minor issue:
The General Progression achievement "Rule Ten: Greed is eternal" seems to be misplaced. One expect to unlock these set of achievements from left to right. If you have 5-6 good games you unlock this achievement, but it is highly unlikely you will get "My own fleet" in so few games.
