I buy FTL for steam so i have the chance to play the browser version of FTL?

Sorry, but there is no browser version of FTL. Steam uses URL links to run games, but these links just trigger .EXE files.

As to your "problem," Trubbl3, sorry but it looks like you'd have had to buy it from one of the other sources listed - Steam alone does not provide access to the browser version.
