BUG! If you run out of fuel in at a Class-M star. The next turn the beacon will change in to a normal non hazards environment.
And a problem that i found is when i kill the crew on a lanius ship, i can no longer use the healing burst to heal my crew while the teleporter recharges. So my crew died.

The first is not a bug at all. The game itself tells you that you move away from the star/asteroid field/pulsar/ASB zone.
I'm not sure about the second. Although in that very situation it looks to be a problem. But why were you boarding a Lanius ship without Lanius crew?

Well, because he had a heal bomb of course.
Very dangerous strategy. One miss and your crew's dead anyway. Note: You can still miss even if nobody's piloting.
