I "upgraded" to windows 10 and now I can't get FTL to run properly it crashes after ~10 min or so of game play every time no matter what I do. here is the crash log:

I have tried compatibility modes of all sorts and it just seems to be bent upon ruining my FTL fun . Can some on please help me?
