Someone posted a screenshot album of ship encounters to /r/ftlgame, saying they were from a Russian mod called "Arsenal +".

It looks like it has elements of Captain's Edition, plus a few additions of their own--most notably, new enemy ship types, which look very interesting.

Does anyone know where I can find this mod?

Uhhh, looks like there's a dropbox link to a file called "FTLGame.exe" of size 3.64 MB. I wonder what that's about.

They link to the CE thread at the top of the post, so at least there's that.

It translates into Russian some hardcoded text (Continue..., Victory, Quest, etc)

NOTE: For these translations Red is the Russian translated into English with Google Translate, Blue is URLs that I removed.
This is a translation of that part:

FTLGame.exe file contains the translation of a few words, it is possible to replace the original file FTLGame.exe English version (same file used LEng software)

The translations may not be 100% accurate, I made them using Google Translate.

I actually got it running on my version of FTL, Opening the mod file, it has data for a lot of weapons[/i], new sectors (Lanius Homeworlds?, AI controlled/home Nebula and a Sector controlled by an Order of Religious anarchists?), Russian translated events of the Vanilla game, and apparently a way to randomize the final boss without the use of Java programs. (Ran-Flagship)

I am in the process of translating the entire mod into English so I can understand the events. However I cannot release it to the public unless the creator says to otherwise as I consider that stealing someone's mod. (Even though I made an AE version of Descent into Darkness after Sleeper did)

We released DLC for Arsenal + mod which replaces all 28 ships. Here are 2 ships from it

Where can I find someone who can draw some new ships for my project?
