Problems with BPaB and CE (Help!)

First of all Yes its in the right order
Second of all im not using 1.3.1
Im using the BPaB Patch and using 1.2.1 Of BPaB but the game glitches, freezes, Crashed when i load it
So...Help? it would kinda suck to miss out on such a nice mod combination
