Into The Breach exe is missing

I love the game so far! However, I’ve been coming across a very annoying bug. When I launch the game (through steam) it works fine. If I quit and try to launch the game again I get an error telling me that the .exe is missing. If I look where the game is installed, there is no longer an .exe. I haven’t seen anyone else reporting this yet. I have only found one solution and that’s simply restarting my computer every time I want to play the game. Any idea what’s going on? Thanks!

This is the first I've seen of anything like this. Think you could post some screenshots?

These are the same symptoms I have, and my antivirus (Sophos) is removing the exe. Check to see if your antivirus is doing the same thing.

Here is a screenshot. That was taken right after re-installing the game and verifying the files (said verification was completed with all the files.) I also disabled my anti-virus and that didn't help. I appreciate the help!
Edit: I also noticed this

Edit 2: Ummm I just tried running the game again and now it is working fine...I didn't change anything.
