[Bug] Reseting turn after removing web removes web completely

Hey, I have encountered a bug, here is the scenario:
A mech gets webbed, you remove the web (e.g. by teleporting the enemy unit that webs the mech away from the mech). After that you reset the turn and the mech that was webbed before is not webbed anymore. So, you dont need to use your move on removing the web anymore and gained a move, so to say.
