Hi everyone
Could someone make a mod that allow to play co-op for exemple in the same (big) ship ?
It would be really awesome

Impossible at the moment, but someday...
In the meantime, look into 'desktop sharing' programs, then you n your buddy can fight for control of whoever is actually running the game
Some of those programs support multiple mice and wallboard type behaviour. Not the smoothly integrated multiplayer we all want but a start.
