Suggestion: Wait around command

Ever done a run and by the time you get to the exit to the next sector the rebel fleet is still many jumps behind probably because you jumped through a few nebula jumps?

If how far they are behind you the does not matter each time you jump to another sector it is a waste to jump when they are so far behind and you still have time to do stuff till they reach you but you may have cleared all the jumps around the exit and you could also be low on fuel.

So I propose introducing a wait command, pressing this command makes your ship wait around for one turn and a special event may happen. These events only happen by using the wait command, no other events that you encounter by jumping normally can happen only special wait events.

This command does not use any fuel so you may be thinking whats the risk in using it all the time? Maybe you think you could just rush to the exit and spam wait till the fleet gets close then jump?

Well I suggest that every time you use the wait command the chance of encountering stronger and stronger enemies increases no matter if the event was nothing, good or bad each time you use it the next time you encounter enemies there stronger based on how many times you have used it.

This counter resets every time you jump to another sector or does not not that needs to be tired out each way.

Its similar to what happens when you run out of fuel.

Some of the events you might encounter could be nothing, meet friends who help you out, meet wandering traders who have an offer for you (unknown device, weapon, or augmentation) for a special price which could be a good deal or bad deal, meet an enemy and other special events just for the wait command.

O yea one last thing if you use it enough times you will encounter an old "friend" most of us who played the onlive beta remember ;) lol
