Try to setup steam cloud support for saving unlocks and setting between computers

I personally hope to have the option to have the global save (stats, unlocks, etc) on the Steam cloud. It's a low priority currently.

I would also like to see Steam Cloud support in FTL. This is the perfect game for such a thing, because it is a small portable game you can play on a lot of computers.
