Alpha Blob don't recieve the Blast Psion passive

The description of the Blast Psion passive stipulates that "All other Vek will explode on death ..."

But, as you can see below, the Alpha Blob don't have this passive :



While other Veks are effectively affected by the passive :



Is it a bug where the Alpha Blob is not recognized as a Vek, or because it is spawned in a different way ?

Also, remarked another behaviour regarding an Alpha Blob :

When playing with the Hazardous Squad, my Viscera Nanobots passive is granting me 2 HP back on a killing blow.

After killing an Alpha Blob, this 2 HPs heal wasn't applied to the unit killing the Vek.

The alpha blobs are not Vek. They're not even enemies. They're weapons that take a turn to trigger.

Anything that affects or is affected by enemies do not consider Alpha Blobs. They also do not consider spider eggs. But they do consider the spiders that come out of them.
