Suggestion: more Individual Gameplay

first of all, i want to say how much fun it is to play ftl at last. there is a lot of motivation from the concept, but maybe some things could be improved.

now to the suggestion:
i think the roleplay element could be enhanced and the gameplay would become more individual.
in order to do that you guys could:

-create a personality image in the stats after the way you made decisions during your game.
for example: you helped everyone in trouble, so in the stats it says: "savior".

-to make it even more interesting, the reputation could also affect the gameplay. for example: as "savior" a new crew member wants to join you hearing from your reputation or as "trader" (accepting lots of trades in quests and in stores) the possiblity that people trade with you increases. i could go on with ideas.

-another thing me and my friend would feel good about is a higher variety of choices during events. at this moment events usually let you choose between 2 things. i would love to give you guys creative suggestions for third choices. this would also increase the personality trait experience.

-in general the variety of quests still seems pretty low. so i am hoping for more scripted events. after playing the game for an hour, many quests came up for more than 10 times, lowering the longtime motivation of the game.

i hope you guys can think about some of it.
think the game has lots of potential and i already have a big deal of fun with it~
