My first few outings attempting to use the teleporter ended... less than well. A few times the ship has jumped away with my crew on board, one time I forgot to take missile autofire off the room they were in. My biggest embarrassment is not realizing drones have no need for oxygen (and I still had the 20s cooldown).
The point is I was ragequitting a lot. I've noticed that if you quit with crew members onboard an enemy ship, then restart the game, your crew members from the old game appear in your list on the left but not on your ship.

Ah I was wondering what caused it, I've seen the bug but couldn't work out what had done it
