The prestigious, monocled gentlemen at RPG Codex asked me to write a few words on what the beta plays like and it somehow turned into a full article. It may be of interest to people who aren't in the beta or haven't followed the livestreams religiously.
Viewer discretion is advised. The article is friendly enough but the forums it's hosted on are not for the faint of heart. Venturing into the cesspool of General Discussion is akin to jumping into a mantis sector with half your hull points gone!
The preview contains nothing that wasn't already shown in the official videos.
Also the beta agreement said people are free to post screenshots/videos/etc so long as they dont spoil the new ships or last sector without warning
