So, my windows install has gotten very messed up, which leaves my FTL profile with unlocked ships at risk. Thanks to a linux dual boot, I can still acess my borked windows drive.
My question is, what needs to be copied/backed up so that I can restore my FTL with all the ships I currently have unlocked?

It's the prof.sav file in the User folder. The main FTL folder should be in Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\FTL Faster Than Light\
