[Cosmetic] [Tool] Count of Power Bars

Next to the White / Green power bars, please can we have a small number which counts how many there are then we can see how much space power etc we have at a glance.

A press and hold option would work if having the numbers there permanently clutters the corner too much.

This would apply to the furthest left 'total' bar and each individual system bar.

Seems like a good idea to me.
It's easy to determine when you have 2-3 power bars but when you have quite a few, it'd be easier to tell at a glance how many you have with a counter.

Yeah.. this is a simple, good idea. I end up counting all the time..

Can we have it be 2 numbers Powered/Possible?

1/3 I.e. 1 powered of 3 possible?
