So, I went to beam back a boarding party (in version 0.12.6.7, I'm testing it again now) and one of my mantis's was busy walking to an empty "slot" in the room on the enemy ship I told them to assemble in - she got left behind! I imagine it works by checking all the "slots" in the room for crew, then moving them.
Nice touch beaming to/from rooms with no free slots btw - I half-expected a massive crash when I beamed back into an occupied transporter room...

This isn't exactly a bug. It's meant to prevent an exploit when using the teleporter on crew members that are not standing still. We'll make it so that the teleport system doesn't Lock in a situation when you can't telelport crew because they are moving, but I don't think we'll be letting you be able to teleport moving crew in the end. (did that sentence make sense...?)

Seems to make sense to me. I assume you would be able to teleport 4 people at once onto the enemy ship with a bit of creative pausing and move commands if you could teleport people that were moving.

Ah yeah, I hadn't really thought it through - do what's easier, but it just bugged me because they died before I got a recharge to try again. Cheers!
