Just had an odd experience- was fighting Phase 2 of the final boss, and my O2 was destroyed. Put all power into cloak, and sent a couple guys to repair it. However, while we were cloaked, nothing was being repaired! No progress was being made on the O2 bar at the bottom. As soon as the cloak started shifting out, the repair started.
I'm pretty sure there wasn't a breach there.
Anyone else have this problem? Or are you supposed to be unable to repair while cloaked?

No, you should be able to, I believe.
It's could be a bug, or there was a fire, or breach, or intruder, in the O2 room, that you didn't notice.

Nah, it wasn't a bug. I should have done some more testing before posting, sorry. What happened (I believe) is that the enemy used a boarding drone, which caused a small breach that I couldn't see when I sent a guy to repair.
