Virus random encounter doesn't give virus crewmember
After my engi has been killed by the virus, and I blew up the enemy ship, I did not receive my crew-member back. Only happened once on Ipad version for me.

I think you need to kill the crew but keep the ship intact.

No, I destroyed the ship in an upcoming game I'll be posting and I still got Virus. I checked the video just to be sure and I blowed them up good.
