[Possible Bug] Cannot deploy hacking drone

As seen in this image http://imgur.com/8j78mqx I was unable to deploy a hacking drone even though the system was powered and i had plenty of drone parts. The system was also powered when arriving at the beacon. No message appeared as to why i could not click on the launching button (like it does when you encounter super shields for example).
This prevailed at the next encounter after jumping away which quickly led to my demise.

The only thing I can say, is that the save I loaded was in the middle of resolving the last encounter - the "rewards" dialog was still up which I had to confirm. That felt really weird - I cannot recall ever having to do this before, but it is possible that i actually quit without confirming before - cannot really tell.

Has anyone else experienced this? Am I overlooking something obvious which prevents the launch of the hacking drone or is this a bug? If so, then the prospect of this happening makes playing the Kruos not really viable, as it takes away the very foundation of your fighting power.

I know saving in odd spots has caused problems in the past. I don't remember the circumstances but I saved in the middle of some choices and when I came back, the sector around me had changed from a regular sector to a nebula.

Regarding those hacking drones, the *good* news in that image is they wouldn't have worked anyway, what with the enemy having 2 drones to take them out :)

There's a fix for this in the newest version of FTL, so try updating to version 1.5.10
