During my recent boss battle I attempted to kill all of the crew members (I don't recommend it for spoiler reasons) Meanwhile... i realized if I mind controlled an enemy and the ship went into cloaking, the minion would spawn in my teleportation room. . . Is this supposed to happen?
My teleporation room was also being affected by the enemy's hacking tool... not sure if that's relevant or not.
I'm stealing boss crew memembers?

Cloaking... irrelevant. Hacked teleporter room... working as intended. When the boss activates the hack on your teleporter, it teleports all of the hostile crew on their ship back to yours, and this includes their brain-washed crew. You don't even need to wait for them to hack your teleporter. You can mind control someone and steal them off the ship yourself.
