Screensize too big on older systems

having a problem. Downloaded game from steam on old work computer. It has no video card that I know of.

When trying to play this game the window is so big that it doesn't fit on the screen. Can move around the window but not change the size. Changing to various full screen modes seems to not improve this.

Computer mode I think says maximum that computer can do is 1024x whatever.

Flat screen monitor.

Is it the lack of vidcard causing this?
DIrectX?

Can run other games like Lord of the RIngs Online, Portal 2, etc.

This game is far less graphics intensive than those. Am I doomed or is there a setting or adjustment I can make?

Go to settings.ini and edit the "#Manual resolution choices - overrides anything in the options" section. Try different x & y values until it fits on screen.
