suggestions: colored HP bars + random seed values

I'd like to suggest some changes for a future patch or for AE. Apologies if this is not the best way to make suggestions.
#1. I really wish crew HP bars were colored. 100% of HP = green, 26-99% of HP = yellow, and 1-25% of HP = red. I'm anal about healing all flesh wounds before moving on, and this would make it lightning fast to see at a glance if someone was wounded.
#2. I really want FTL to use a master random seed value that can be controlled in the UI. E.g., "I'm playing map 2371673, and it's awesome, you should try it too!" Or, "there's a really nasty situation in sector X in game # 273871, I challenge you to beat it! Then players could compare their results on static maps == huge fun potential for the community. (I've tried hacking it by generating a save file and replaying it, but too many things change on replay, such as sector layout and even beacon events.)
