Mouse Lag

it is very frustration to get the game not working at the start...

the mouse lags

Win 8 64 bit
AMD Athlon x2 Dual core QL-64 2,1 GHz
4 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 3200 (driver up to date)

i changed every ingame option (fullscrenn, frame rate and so on)

please help

AMD Catalyst™ Display Driver
AMD Catalyst™ Driver for AMD Radeon™ HD 4000, HD 3000 and HD 2000 Series
