My PC crashed while i was playing and my ships are gone

I was playing FTL when my PC crashed i went back to start playing again and all thats there is the starter ship and some of my class B ships

Sounds weird that your game removes your Class A ships but leaves the Class B ships intact?
How many ships did you unlock before?
