Game unplayable, stutters every 5-10 seconds

Hi all - GTX770, Windows 10. Drivers fully updated. Game is unplayable. Running Steam Version 1.0.20. Any assistance appreciated.

We've had a few cases were drivers that said they were up to date were not actually updated properly. Could you shoot us an email at contact@subsetgames.com?
