[Text Bug] Sustainable energy text when failed

Very minor issue: The descriptive text of the Sustainable Energy achievement should read "Failed: Dropped below 4 power". I missed the achievement at the last Vek action of the last mission of the 3rd island ( ), and ended at 3 power, not below 3. The string should be adjusted.
