Full screen - text glitch

Great, fun game you have here! I think I've been playing all day...what time... 6:30pm! Holy night, I need to eat something.

One thing that I've been running into is, occasionally, the text will become almost unreadable when I play full screen (1900x1080). I'm assuming it's the stretch from the native resolution causing this. I haven't noticed a particular time or event where it occurs, just that it happens from time to time (but several times in a playthrough).
