First this is not a bug. I was just making and playing around with my own cheats. I think something I did caused this really funny error. Lucky for me I was streaming at the time.

Judging by his videos on Twitch, he just experimented and searched out the relevant addresses using some memory editor like Cheat Engine like others have done.
